Hi there, Tracey here, I’m all about helping Retail managers like yourself increase staff performance and business owners to grow their business. I have had the privilege, for over 3 decades, of being a performance trainer and business strategist for the Retail and Optical industries. I believe in the power of knowledge, and that such knowledge should be easily accessible to all. Everyone and every business should have the opportunity to grow and be successful, given the right tools, strategies and support system.

I know sometimes there are challenges to face and it can be overwhelming if you don’t have the right resources available to you. With many years of practical knowledge and hands-on experience in business, staff performance and professional development, Tracey has led businesses and teams to award-winning sales and improved organisational culture and growth.

Having worked as a qualified Trainer and Assessor with many household names; such as Pumpkin Patch, Oxford and Lorna Jane, Tracey excelled as a facilitator of nationally recognised qualifications; Diploma of Management, Business and Retail Operations.

Tracey’s career within the Retail Industry as a manager and a trainer with large companies have offered her insight and experience into the diverse skills necessary for business success across a range of industries.

Tracey motivates her clients throughout their learning journey and provides support while they implement new strategies and planning methodologies, to ensure they achieve success and business growth.
